So the "Dark Knight" trailer is a COMPLETE tribute to the first Batman movie with Michael Keaton & Jack Nicholson! Don't believe me? Take a look:

The edits, the timing - it's alllll deliberate! That's sooooo cool...lol.

That is awesome. I had read before that the original director was back for this one, and his intention was to bring it back to the darker roots. Looks SO good. I liked the Val Kilmer version a lot, but there was something special about Michael Keaton's version. I'm looking forward to Heath's Joker especially.

I thought it was cool too, until I found out that the trailer for the original Batman movie in this youtube video was actually made by the person who posted it. S/he says so on the page. So, all the cuts and timing was deliberately done to match the Dark Knight trailer.

Still, an excellent job. I can't wait to see the new movie.
