For any of you who are fans of Doctor Who, and Russell T Davies' work on the show - I would like to remind you that there are two books that I think you will realllllly need to take a peek through:

Seriously - I just got this book and I'm already IN LOVE WITH IT!!! Just, WOW... The size, the time and effort put into it. It's a fan's dream look inside the behind the scenes creation of Season Four of Doctor Who. And I'm telling you - it is a MUST for DW fans. The paper quality, the pictures, the text messages and emails exchanged between RTD and the other author, the scripts, etc - I'm loving every bit of it. With the added adoration of having RTD's hand drawn cartoons that just make me smile and laugh out loud! (The one about his wish for Moffat's DW storylines is a hoot!!! Soooo very gay, in the best way possible...lol.)
And now word is that there will be an authorized biography about RTD available in April in the US:

Looking forward to this - especially if it has any tidbits around the QAF era! :) (Which it seems to do - hinting that RTD may have had a "Phil" moment - to a lesser degree, if you know what I mean.)
Soooo, again - if you are a Doctor Who fan - I reallllly think you need to spend less than $30 bucks (with free shipping on Amazon) - and treat yourself this holiday season with "Doctor Who: A Writer's Tale" - and if you enjoy RTD's work, in all his various series, possibly pre-order the second. (Believe me, it's the first book I'm jonesin' over right now...THUD!!! Ohhh, the pretty!!!)
Hugs
xof
PS - Yes, the first book above IS the one in which RTD espouses his adoration of hunky Gareth. :)
ETA - BTW, if you want to listen to a live feed of music that is A) sooo "happy" and B) occasionally Doctor Who related - take a look at RTD's official website -
