Aidan Gillen - The Glengarry Connection!

Well, fellow Aidan fans - I have a lovely tidbit to share with you!

We all know that Aidan will be playing in "Glengarry Glen Ross" this fall in London.

He will be playing the same role that Al Pacino played in the film. So you know right off it's a VERY good part - a lot of meat, dialogue, etc. Cursing up a storm...lol.

Soooo - I was browsing on YouTube - and found this clip from the film - you HAVE to take a look:

Can't you just HEAR Aidan doing that same scene? I can!!!

But why bring this up? I can tell you why. I happened to share a very brief but hilarious! clip from the film "the Low Down" a few months ago. It featured Dean Kelly (Craig's brother) and Tobias Menzies and Aidan Gillen sitting around a table drunk and laughing their asses off. Aidan was so flushed, he was covering his face and STILL you could see the red racing up his neck...lol.

Take another look at the clip - you can download it here - and no worries, it's a small file size, so dialup is just fine.

Notice the bit at the end? Yep! That's Dean Kelly doing an imitation of Al Pacino from the movie of "Glengarry Glen Ross" !!! Which now knowing that Aidan will be speaking those very same words - makes this scene even MORE fun to watch!
